Compact construction and hygienic design.
The scale is built directly as a system onto the Form Fill and Seal machine. As with all the machines of the ROVEMA BV series, the machine has been designed according to the current hygiene standards and is easy to clean. The control cabinet is integrated in the machine housing with a removable mounting plate. This ensures easy access for electrical and pneumatic maintenance work with a reduced amount of space. The film draw-down has
vacuum support. The metal detector can be pulled out and can be integrated in the support frame of the scale. The printer can be operated via the machine display.

High output and effectiveness.
The BVR is aligned to a high level of output for pillow bags through the use of a pair of rotating sealing tools- one or two pairs of jaws. Together, the Form Fill and Seal machine and the scale designed for snack products form a system, in which the product handover at the filling tube is perfectly matched. A mechanical separately driven cutting knife reduces wearing and the associated down-times.

Excellent bag seam quality.
The stripper and stager leaves the sealing area reliably free of product. The stripper pushes the product into the bag whilst the stager keeps slower falling products back. All industrytypical packaging materials can be processed. The sealing force and cutting knife can be adjusted independently. Sealing pressure and cutting knife are independently adjustable. The film run is continuous and flowing, and is optimized by precise control without pressure on the bag seams.
